Larry Meyer

larrym08.jpgJ.D., M.L.I.S., Director, Law Library for San Bernardino County. Meyer began his law library career working at the law library of the former National University Law School at San Diego, while earning his jurisdoctor degree. He later worked at the San Diego County Law Library, and before San Bernardino, was director for more than seven years of the library of the University of La Verne College of Law.. In recognition of his exemplary service to the law library profession, Meyer this summer received the William Rohan Chapter Service Award from the Southern California Association of Law Libraries. He has served two terms as president of SCALL, and in 2002-03 was chairman of the Council of Chapter Presidents of the American Association of Law Libraries. He now serves as chairman of AALL’s Government Documents Special Interest Section (SIS) and also chairman of SCALL’s Committee on Relations with Information Vendors (CRIV). On the statewide level, he is chairman-elect of the Law Practice Management Technology Section of the California State Bar.

Dr. Carole Sachse-Lee

carole08.jpgPh.D., Assistant Principal, Palmetto Elementary School. Since she began her career in teaching in 1987, Sachse-Lee has aquired a great deal of administration and leadership experience. She has held the position of both Assistant Director and Director of Assessment and Evaluation of the Fontana Unified School District, where she conducted educational research and evaluation, as well as supervised department personal and monitored the budget. She currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Palmetto Elementary School, where she enjoys teacher and student supervision, as well as the facilitation of the school site council and ELAC. Sachse-Lee is very active within her community, where she is currently involved in the Fontana Planning Commission, as well as the Fontana Arts Affiliates. She was recently appointed as a member of the Education Advisory Council for Assembly Member Wilmer Amina Carter. Sachse-Lee is also an active member of the Association of California School Administrators.

Carmen Fleming

Fleming has worked for the City of Fontana since August 2006.  She was orginally hired by the City to hold the position as Secretary for the City of Fontana Library and Resource/Technology Center (now officially named the Lewis Library and Technology Center). Fleming started her professional career working for Hispanic Lifestyle Magazine, where she served as a Marketing and Administrative Assistant. She was also the founding member of the Moreno Valley Junior Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Fleming an her family currently reside in the City of Fontana.Ph.D., Assistant Principal, Palmetto Elementary School.
